SHIPPING & HANDLING
We aim to process all orders within 1-3* business days, please allow additional time for processing during Busy Periods. The estimated shipping times are after your order has been shipped.
Orders are shipped via An Post - ROI and GLS - Europe/World. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Both companies require a signature on receipt and operate Monday to Friday. Please ensure there is someone available to accept and sign for your parcel.
Please note, it is crucial that you always input your correct eircode and contact number to ensure efficient delivery.
DELIVERY OPTIONS AND TIMES
Republic of Ireland
All orders are sent via An Post and will be delivered anytime between 9am and 5pm. A signature will be required upon receipt of your order. If there is no-one available to accept the package a calling card will be left behind for you so you can re-arrange delivery.
Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order within ROI. We understand that delivering what you order, at a time that is convenient to you is important. If something goes wrong, as it sometimes will, then fixing it quickly becomes our priority.

If you enter the incorrect address, a redelivery fee will apply.
Customers will be provided with tracking information once your parcel has been shipped.
Your order is sent directly from a Warehouse (due to stock availability, some parcels may be dispatched with delay)
Dance World will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for lost/delayed shipment.
Delivery times specified are estimates only, delivery to rural addresses may take longer and once shipped Dance World is not liable for any delays.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. There are no shipments on weekends or public holidays.
IMPORTANT - All parcels will default to a signature with authority to leave. A signature will be captured if the customer is home. If not, the customers of freestanding residences who have a safe place to leave the parcel will have their parcel delivered. If the driver does not feel that there is a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery will be carded and taken to the nearest Post Office to await collection.
Different materials need different types of care so it’s important to know what your shoes are made of so that you can maintain them correctly.
Yes, changes can be made to your order within one hour of placing. If the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
